Corporation’s history:

Pizza Pizza Limited is founded in Toronto in 1967, has grown to become Ontario’s number one pizza restaurant chain, fulfilling over 28 million customer orders annually. In 1975, Pizza Pizza first introduced their famous 11-11 phone number and in 1979, it developed the first computerized order taking system and central phone centre. The company grew very quick and expanded its restaurant network through Ontario and into Quebec during the 1980s. In 2000, it introduced a bright new look to its restaurants and expanded seating. During the following 10 years, pizza launched the Pizza Pizza Royalty Income Fund, the Slices for Smiles Fund and acquired the successful Alberta based Pizza chain Pizza.

•Pizza Pizza is also unique for its modern restaurant system and the team of culinary experts, nutritionists and partners.
